Indianapolis’ neighborhoods are filled with historic bungalows with great features, but often small cramped spaces. The bungalow-dwelling Smith family decided last year they wanted to “grow their bungalow.” The 1941 built home with a front entry screen porch was not as welcoming as they wanted. It had an incredibly small working kitchen and an adjacent dining room. The family wanted a larger kitchen with more storage and updated appliances.
