This new service is something our customers have asked for over the years. When we’re on-site working a job, or we complete a job, homeowners often ask for quick fixes around the house. It makes sense since our clients strive to keep their homes in like-new condition. The Handyman Division is for existing clients and any homeowner looking around their house feeling overwhelmed by the fixes that need to be done.
SGR-HD works with homeowners to establish a “punch list”, which is a list of tasks or to-do items around the home. Requested services can range from electrical to plumbing to painting and even general upkeep involving doors, windows and flooring. Handyman needs will be taken care of by the same skilled craftsman from central Indiana that we partner with on larger home renovation projects. We will then coordinate schedules to have work completed in one or two visits, instead of multiple visits that would be required if tradesmen came on separate days.
